“I'm channel sales manager for East China at a consumer electronics brand, and I have fifteen minutes to give my 2026 annual review to the regional director and HR. Use pptwise's recap theme to make me about 16 slides. Slide 2 says it in one line: RMB 441m shipped, 105% of target, about two thirds of the growth from the electronics chain and carrier channels I opened this year, and the RMB 4m we lost in northern Jiangsu came from my wrong call on switching distributors.
